Melissa Andric, D.O.

Dr. Andric was born in the Detroit area and grew up in Lapeer, MI. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2006 with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. While in undergrad at MSU, she was part of the Osteopathic Medical Scholars Program and went on to complete medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. Upon graduation, Dr. Andric completed a one year internship at Garden City Hospital and a three year Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency at Michigan State University in East Lansing.

Since finishing her training, she has focused her practice on the non-surgical diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and spinal disorders, electrodiagnostics medicine, subacute rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation. She also has been working with the physical therapy department at Specialists in Rehabilitation Medicine to develop programs to treat scoliosis as well as treatment of low back pain during and after pregnancy.

She is the Director of the McLaren Oakland inpatient rehab unit.
