Brian Roth, M.D.

Brian Roth, M.D., is a native Detroiter. His undergraduate degree is from Michigan State University. After graduating medical school from Wayne State University, Dr. Roth completed a four year Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency at Sinai Hospital in Detroit. During his final year he was named Chief Resident.

Upon completion of his training, Dr. Roth has focused and applied his skills to both the outpatient care of the musculoskeletal system and the inpatient care of individuals with life-altering conditions such as strokes and spinal cord injuries. As an active and enthusiastic sportsman himself, Dr. Roth can empathetically identify with patients suffering from sports-related injuries.

Dr. Roth was the Medical Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital from 1995-2021. He is the Medical Director at Bellbrook of Rochester Hills – Trinity Health.

Dr Roth has a keen interest in treating patients individually, discussing their priorities and offering treatments that are in their best interest in as holistic fashion possible. He offers a caring and supportive office environment and looks forward to discussing your medical options and concerns.
